Power and speed control system: 1/15HP AC motor is used as the power source. Electric heating system: The layout of the electric heating system is advanced and reasonable, with heaters installed in the glue storage barrel and rollers. After power is turned on, the rollers generate electric heat to quickly liquefy the solid hot melt adhesive. The resistance temperature detector is used to sense the temperature and transmit the signal to the temperature controller to control the temperature of the glue tank and rollers.
Special gluing operation design: The roller can realize point, strip and mesh gluing operations to meet different gluing needs.
