6. Open the cover of the glue tank, check the hot melt glue in it if it has gone bad (Note: It is caused by high temperature or not excluding miscellaneous objects over a long period), and check if there is any miscellaneous object blocking the percolation net. Please clean away the miscellaneous objects in the glue tank regularly.

7. Check if the outflow glue motor runs. If not, please let the electrician personnel overhaul the electric circuit, or call our factory and seek help. Do not let anyone without professional circuit knowledge check the electric circuit.

8. If the glue head (presser foot) is blocked, use a steel wire to insert into the holes of the glue head and pull it back and forth lightly, and increase the outflow glue temperature to 200 °C at the same time. If still ineffective, remove the glue head and process by high temperature; the glue will be excluded from the glue head.

9. If the red number on the panel shines, it won’t outflow glue. Press the setup key until no red number shines on the panel.
