Q8:What air supply condition is required for AF-HQD11?

A8:Connect 4–8kg air pressure to the air inlet on the air filter. The air filter can adjust the pressure.

Q9: What are the temperature and time control ranges of AF-HQD11?

A9: Temperature range is 0–250°C and time range is 0–999 seconds, set by digital thermostat and timer controller.

三. Controller & Operation

Q10: How to set temperature and time?

A10: Turn on the power switch. Press the setting button once; “Temperature” flickers, set the desired temperature with “▲” or “▼”. Press the button again; “Time” flickers, set the desired time with “▲” or “▼”. Press the button a third time to save the setting. See Table 3.

Q11: How to clear the controller to zero?

A11:

1. Connect power and turn on the power switch; the indicator light turns on.

2. Connect 4–8kg air pressure.

3. Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature; when the set temperature is reached, the red light extinguishes.

4. Adjust the timer to the required time.

5. Select Auto or Manual mode.

6. Start hot stamping operation.

Q12: How to clear the controller to zero?

A12:Press and hold the setting button for a while to perform zero clearing.

Q13: How does Auto mode work?

A13:Turn the Auto & Manual switch to Auto mode and push the working table left and right. When the working table reaches the right position, the machine starts working. When the set time finishes, the heating plate returns.

Q14:  How does Manual mode work?

A14:Turn the Auto & Manual switch to Manual mode. Push the working table to the right position, then press the green start switch. The machine starts working. When the set time finishes, the heating plate rises automatically.

Q15: Will the machine work when the Auto & Manual switch is in the middle position?

A15: No. When the switch is in the middle position, the machine will not work whether you press manual start or slide the bottom plate into place.

四.Pressure & Pneumatic System

Q16: How to adjust the pressure of AF-HQD11?

A16:If the pressure is not enough, adjust the pressure regulating knob. First lift the knob gently, then revolve it clockwise to increase pressure or anticlockwise to decrease pressure.

Q17: How to maintain the oil cup and oil input adjustment screw?

A17: Make sure the oil cup has cylinder lubricating oil to maintain the air cylinder. The oil input adjustment screw should be tightened suitably; if it is too loose, too much oil will enter the cylinder.

Q18: What should be checked on the filter?

A18:Check the filter frequently, confirm oil level in the oil cup and the status of the oil input adjustment screw, and drain water from the filter through the water drain valve.

五.Safety & Emergency Stop

Q19:  How does the emergency stop button work?

A19:The red round switch is the emergency stop button. When pressed, the whole machine stops working and the heating plate returns to the top. To restart, turn the red round switch clockwise; the red button bounces up and the machine can work again.

Q20: What safety precautions should be noted when operating AF-HQD11?

A20:Be careful of the high-temperature heating plate to avoid burns. Before maintenance, turn off power and air supply. Keep air pressure within 4–8kg. The machine should be properly earthed. In case of abnormality, press the emergency stop button immediately.

六. Maintenance

Q21: What does daily maintenance of AF-HQD11 include?

A21:Add lubricant oil to the slide rail once half a month to keep it smooth. Check the filter frequently. Make sure the oil cup has cylinder lubricating oil. Tighten the oil input adjustment screw suitably.

Q22: What to do when pressure is insufficient?

A22:Adjust the pressure regulating knob: lift it gently, then turn clockwise to increase pressure or anticlockwise to decrease pressure.

Q23: What to do if the heating plate does not return to the top after the set time?

A23:Check whether the air pressure is normal and whether the electric wire is damaged.

Q24: How to maintain the slide rail and cylinder?

A24:Add lubricant oil to the slide rail once half a month. Keep cylinder lubricating oil in the oil cup. Do not leave the oil input adjustment screw too loose.4
