Anti-yellowing accelerator

Anti-yellowing Accelerator US-980 is a highly transparent, non-discoloring, non-migrating, ultra-fast accelerator. It is non-blooming and offers excellent heat resistance and yellowing resistance. It comes in white granules and is compatible with a variety of rubber materials. It significantly improves the yellowing resistance of rubber products by capturing free radicals or modifying the rubber's molecular structure, effectively inhibiting the formation of yellowing substances. When combined with sulfenamide accelerators, it prevents scorching and exhibits significant anti-vulcanization and reduction effects.
Anti-yellowing Accelerator US-980 does not contain ammonia and does not produce nitrosamines after vulcanization. While improving yellowing resistance, it has minimal impact on the physical and mechanical properties of rubber and meets environmental standards.
This accelerator is primarily used in the production of various rubber products, especially light-colored or white products.
