Accelerator DM-80 is a universal accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and recycled rubber. It is non-polluting, non-discoloring, dust-generating, and non-wasteful. It is typically used in combination with thiuram, dithiocarbamate, silica, and guanidine accelerators, and requires zinc oxide and stearic acid. It is primarily used in tires, hoses, tapes, rubber shoes, and general industrial products. It is not suitable for rubber products that come into contact with food.
Accelerator TS-80 is often used as a secondary accelerator in conjunction with guanidine, thiazole, and sulfenamide accelerators, requiring zinc oxide as an active agent. When used in combination with dithiocarbamates in latex, it can reduce the premature vulcanization tendency of the rubber compound. It is non-polluting and non-discoloring, making it suitable for the manufacture of cables, tires, hoses, and brightly colored and transparent products.
