A1: It is mainly used for grinding EVA foam, EVA scrap, EVA offcuts, shoe materials, slipper leftovers, rubber, sponge, PE foam, and other soft thermoplastic materials into fine powder.

Q2: What final powder fineness can be achieved?

A2: Standard fineness ranges from 20 mesh to 120 mesh, adjustable according to customer needs by changing screens or adjusting the grinding gap.

Q3: What is the hourly output capacity?

A3: Different models have different outputs, ranging from 80 kg/h to 900 kg/h to meet small workshop and large factory production demands.

Q4:Will EVA or rubber melt during grinding?

A4:Our machine adopts a water cooling + air cooling dual system to effectively control the temperature inside the grinding chamber, so EVA and rubber materials will not melt or stick.

Q5: What voltage and frequency does the machine use?

A5: Standard configuration is 380V 50Hz 3-phase, and we can customize 220V, 415V, 440V, 50Hz/60Hz to match different countries’ power supply.

Q6: Is the machine fully automatic?

A6: Yes, it supports automatic feeding, automatic grinding, cyclone powder collection, and dust removal. Only one operator is needed, easy to run.

Q7: Does the machine cause serious dust pollution?

A7: No. It uses a closed conveying system and pulse dust collector, with almost no dust leakage, which is environmentally friendly and meets factory safety standards.

Q8: How long do the blades and screens last?

A8: Blades and screens are wearing parts, with a normal service life of 3–6 months depending on usage intensity. We can supply spare parts at factory price at any time.

Q9: Can it grind hard materials like metal or stone?

A9: No. Hard impurities will damage the blades and grinding disc. Please ensure no metal or stones are mixed in the EVA or rubber materials.

Q10: How to install and operate the machine?

A10: We provide detailed English installation manuals and operation videos. The machine is almost fully assembled before delivery; customers only need to connect power and water to use it.

Q11: What is the warranty period?

A11: We provide a 12-month warranty for the whole machine (except wearing parts such as blades and screens). Lifetime technical support and spare parts supply are offered.

Q12: Can we test our own materials before ordering?

A12: Yes. Customers can send us EVA or rubber material samples. We will conduct free grinding tests and provide test videos, powder samples and output data.

Q13: What applications is the ground powder used for?

A13:The recycled EVA / rubber powder can be used for making new shoe materials, slippers, mats, waterproof coatings, recycled granules, injection molding products, etc.
