Q2: Can you customize the sole pattern and size?

A2: Yes. We support fully customized size, thickness, anti-slip texture, logo, embossed pattern, left & right foot mold according to customer’s samples or drawings.

Q3: How many soles can one mold produce?

A3: Single cavity: 1 sole per mold；
Multi-cavity design is also available to improve production efficiency for large orders.

A4: High-quality mold steel, high hardness, high temperature resistance, wear-resistant, not easy to deform, long service life for daily mass production.

Q5: Is the mold suitable for my existing machine?

A5: Our rubber sole molds are compatible with most common shoe molding machines. Please provide your machine parameters, we can adjust the mold size and interface for free.

Q8: What about mold surface treatment?

A8: Fine polishing, matte finish, anti-rust treatment, corrosion resistance, ensure smooth sole surface without burrs.

Q9:What is your after-sales service for molds?

A9: We provide professional technical guidance for installation and usage. Offer maintenance suggestions and spare parts support.

Q10:Can I get a sample sole before mass mold production?

A10:Yes. We can make trial samples for your confirmation before bulk mold production, to avoid pattern and size errors.
