Food Industry: It is a permitted food additive for use in animal and vegetable oils and fats, as well as foods containing them, to delay food rancidity.

Rubber Industry: It is a commonly used phenolic antioxidant in rubber, protecting natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers from thermal oxidative aging and inhibiting copper damage. It can be used in the manufacture of tire sidewalls, white or brightly colored rubber products, and as a stabilizer for post-processing and storage of synthetic rubber.

Petroleum Industry: It is an excellent antioxidant additive for various petroleum products, widely used in turbine oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, and other applications. Its antioxidant effect is optimal at an operating temperature of 100°C. When used in combination with long-chain alkaline ZDDP and TCP metal deactivating rust inhibitors, it can be formulated into products such as anti-wear hydraulic oils.

Other industries: It can also be used in inks, adhesives, leather, casting, printing and dyeing, coatings and electronics industries. It is also a stabilizer for cosmetics, medicines, etc. The addition amount is usually 0.01%-2%.
