The tapered twin-screw extruder is mainly composed of two tapered screws and two sets of calendering rollers. As a downstream supporting device for pressure internal mixers and Banbury mixers, it conducts continuous conveying and secondary plasticization of the bulk rubber compound mixed by upstream equipment, then rolls it into sheet billets with uniform specifications via the calendering rollers. This equipment allows for unattended operation, replacing the traditional "one operator per open mill" mode, which reduces labor costs while improving production efficiency and product stability.
